Seeder/cultivater question question

May not be best thread for question, but it's somewhat related. Just started Griffin with PF and Seasons (this is first run with PF). I think I read somewhere that with PF, fertilizing while planting no longer has an effect. Is that correct? Was hoping that even if I only required one fert state, I could perform that when planting. I use the DB60, 2150, and the CS1990 (think that model is correct).

Basegame Amazone Condor on Medicine Creek with PF fully fertilizes for me.
