I cant find my friends game on ps4

I cant find my friends game on ps4 my friends game has different version than I do his version is 1.0.0.0
And mine on PC is 1.1.1.0 is there any way to downgrade the version

There was a 1.1.1.0 patch for PS4 this morning (in North America). Installing that got crossplay working between my friend’s PS4 and my PC.

Ya for some reason I am still unable to find his game I have crossplay enable do I have to host dedicated server just to play with ps4 because I was just hoping I would be able to find his game in multiplayer
