Demco 2200 capacity bug

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Demco 2200 dual auger grain cart

- Issue: can't fill wheat over (36 646L) 47% its capacity when trailer fill limit is "on"
I know the trailer fill limit when ON set the maximum load for trailer by weight. Its supposed to haul 77.5m³ or 28.6T of load
I think there's somekind of a bug or error since it's competitor for grain cart is Elmer's Haul Master that can carry 70m³ or 34.1T of load of wheat with trailer limit ON too

- Steps to reproduce: set the Trailer Limit to "ON" and go fill Demco 2200 dual auger grain cart from harvesters, other grain cart, auger from grain silo, etc.

- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: yes
