UPDATE 1.4.0.0 problem

No uninstall, simply overwrite files with v. 1.3.1.0. This is enough.

Mods do not cause this issue. Very widely tested. After running with precision and only a few already working mods, we save the game. After restarting and loading the save, the error appears again! Froze at 85% with known error. Very frustrating!

Well first never said I speak formal "English" as I am American and further Southern which is a whole other dialect.
