original 1.3 versions from modhub. I just looked at the log and it is showing issues with the specialisation but not fatal.

It must have been the key binding thing - thanks!

Honestly, I've been switching between installation versions and testing mods so much since yesterday evening that my brain is a bit more frazzled than usual..

On 1.4.1.0 I'm still getting errors on all the mods which gave errors on 1.4.0.0, albeit the game loads now (both savegames and new games).

I suspect the mods will need an update too, and the 1.4.1.0 update was just a workaround to ensure games actually load now.

So the pallet limit was introduced to fix a performance problem that some have but many dont. To make it more challenging I cannot see how to determine the number of pallets currently nor where i will hit the limit across my 10 odd productions. Wouldnt it be better to implement this limit as a setting variable that can be adjusted. (not dissimilar to graphics variables)

I have often thought it was odd you can store pallets like lettuce or cake for indefinite, not very realistic so in one sense the pallet limit is ok. It’s just a pain as it’s such a big change to what we had before the update that we didn’t know about. I agree being able to set the number would be good.

Hope someone can prove me wrong, however it appears worse than I thought. If the "100th" pallet is produced by a factory that is distributing the goods seem to just disappear. They certainly dont arrive at the downstream point and magically the stores at the primary point are depleted. It appears this continues until the pallet count reduces elsewhere on the map. I presume our cousins on consoles with a limit of 50 will determine if I imagined it pretty quickly. Per your comment I agree on perishable goods but that is a whole different issue.

All pallets set to distrubiate aren't rendered ingame, just moved between the productions.

I know that Noraf. What I am saying is that the limit is interfering with the transfer between productions and that the goods are simply disappearing. Will be doing more tests today to prove definitively as I dont want any more damage on my main game save

If that's the case, then I would definitely put it on the bug tracker.

I can't see a single reason why a pallet limit should affect distribution.

A question!! someone else is having the same problem since patch 1.4.1 the license plates are blank, that is to say that only the numbers or letters come out as if you were writing on a white sheet I can't find the problem before it appeared decorated with the name of the original Elmcreek map of the precision ground game ( PC )
