1.4.1 Keybindings
I went to go dabble with a new map and noticed all keybindings for mods were blank. I know they do wipes when adding bindings but this was a new savegame today until 1.4.1, not a pre-existing savegame prior to the 1.4/1.4.1 patch. Anyone else having this issue? Loaded up a few fresh maps under new farmer and results are the same.

Reset bindings and they'll be fine. Only thing is you have to do this every game start.

Yeah I know but that's a pain in the ....
I have a bunch of peripherals with custom bindings. My bindings were persistent up until the latest patch. Now every map I load I have to redo everything every time.

Ah yeah that *censored*. Guess we'll be getting another patch soon.

I keep a copy of the inputbindings.xml file fore safekeeping.
Patch didn't change the version number on it, and as far as I could tell, didn't replace the old one either.
Had it act up on my end aswell, but I solved that by deleting the inputbindings.xml, load up the game, go into keybindings, and save, then quit, copy in a copy of the inputbindings.xml backup, and then start the game again.
Not sure what they have changed that affect it though.

I've been seeing this as well. Quitting the game and reloading again seems to solve it each time. I can't really pin down what causes this but it's pretty consistent for me so far since 1.4 dropped.

Had redo them 3 times now, they stay fine until I download a mod from the modhub again.
Also made a copy of the XML so I can put that back and don't have to map the keys again each time.

Yesterday I played and had no issues then got on this morning and half my keybindings where missing. Cow barn missing everything like food and milk. When I try to add new key bind the game would freeze.

Looks like it's random...I have a backup file as well. It happens 3 or 4 times to me so far. Always on the same save.

Super inconvenient, but I'll take this inconvenience over all my script mods not working lol

Best I can tell this relates to script mods that dont register specialisations "properly". There are a couple of threads on this. Patch 1.4.1 seems to be a workaround and allows those mods to load without a fatal error. The side effect seems to be key bindings. You can reset them and all works fine. ..... until you add a new mod with a script and the cycle repeats. That seems to be why I have been able to go a couple of days fine with multiple restarts successfully, then see an interesting mod in the modhub and bang all key bindings gone again. If this actually the root cause it is gonna linger until all the script mods are updated.
