Slurry worker

Whenever I select to have slurry pull from cowshed medium for the worker it says tank is empty. But when I switch it to large cow barn with feeding robot it starts pulling slurry from my medium cowshed. I started having this problem after purchasing a modded slurry tank from the mod shop. So I deleted the slurry mods and I'm still having this issue. I'm on Series X console.
