silage

in fs17 I made silage by wrapping bales and also by cutting grass and covering them in the gas plant and also made with corn and my problem was when I pick it up with the drivable silo king mixer. I get the silage it registers as hay, not silage is this a bug? and is there any fix for this?

Are you using Seasons? If so you have to wait for it to ferment before it becomes silage
