I'm currently apart of a very tight knit community of farmers, miners and loggers. We run our server on Yukon Valley and have lots of farm manager slots open.
Typically when we have new members join our group we have them go through a probation period anywhere from 3 days to a week to see how they fit in with the group. During this time you will be doing contracts or helping other players complete tasks on the farm. Once the probation period is complete, that person will be able to have a farm manager slot and begin farming, logging and mining to their hearts content.
We do have a certain play style that wont fit for everyone. We try and maintain a "player economy" by jacking prices of most items required to run the farm to incentivize players to create productions and sell to other players. We aspire to create a community ran on player to player sales.

Every tight knit group has some requirements, and ours is no exception.
Most of our group is located in pacific or mountain timezones in north america. We are most active from 3-9pm Pacific time
