I’m making this post as an open question to giants.

The quick question is why a “simulator” isn’t supporting peripherals.
Especially the peripheral devices you in partnership sold us.

The deeper question, now that both PS5 & Xbox series support keyboard and mouse inputs why are these not in game along with key binding options (that then would allow button box, heavy equipment side panels & gear shifters) to work?
This seems like a massive omission on the consoles. And the only answers we seem to be getting is that Sony are blocking the USB port. This seems simply not the case the side panel does work on the PS5 when running FS19 so it is not a hardware blocked problem.

Just allowing keyboard support for the consoles seems a relatively easy fix even if for some strange licensing problems the heavy equipment pack is no longer allowed to connect.

Go figure…no answer from anyone. Waste of money buying it since it won’t work. Sony blames them, they blame Sony. Sound like BS

The heavy equipment bundle was never sold as a console peripheral, it was sold as pc only, it just happened to work, although not fully, for ps4. Sony didn't block the USB port they removed the support from the sdk so when writing new software the support isn't there. That's why it works on fs19 still
