Welker farms ai work lag and chs grains not working

I have found a bug with chs grains will not let me tip also if I use more than one ai worker I get lag playing on Xbox

I have the same problem with CHS Grains. Is there a work-around?

actually, had same issue turns out there is an activation trigger in the door to the right of the gate when you are at the gate on the entrance side

Do what it says on the sign above the office door
All vistors /drivers must report to site office
so enter the office and check in, you will then be able to tip.
If using courseplay or AI then check in at the Courseplay activation point.
