How to register to compete for FSL?

I see here recruiting people for FSL, to participate in online tournaments. I find myself quite suitable, I want to register, how do I do that? Let me know the specific requirements with !! I will be very grateful for the information you share with me! Thanks

Alles, was im LS nicht _genau so_ wie vor der eigenen Haustür abgebildet wird, darf nicht sein, ist unnütz und unbrauchbar.
Es gibt auch keinen Tellerrand, über den man blicken könnte - die Nasenspitze ist das Ende der Welt.

Hi, can you please explain what is FSL? what type of online tournaments is this?
