Server Wont Start

So I have the game on steam and I bought a copy for my server box so I can run a server. Every time I start the server it gives me this error in the logs. I have checked the internet and the forums here for help with this but nothing works. Below is my log with the error. I have also bought the game on another steam account but steam just isn't reliable on my server box as it always signs me out after like 30 mins of running and shuts down the server. So this is why I bought the game from the GIANTS store. What should I do as I do not want to use steam and would like to use my copy from GIANTS store.
