Uneven distribution of fabric

I have the PALLET STORAGE AND LOGISTICS WH. Fantastic mod. But, I have 2 spinneries and 2 tailor shops. Build 1 year apart. The newest tailor shop gets much smaller amounts of fabric distributed. Thus under performing. How can this be fixed?

The further away they are from the distribution point the less they'll get, it simulates driving time to deliver

They’re adjacent, newest one maybe 20m further from WH. You that’s reason?

If you're saying both spinneries are close to each other and both tailors are close to each other then there shouldn't be a big difference. Can't help with that. If one spinnery is further or one tailoris further then that might be the issue.
