Map Mod Issue

I downloaded Calmsden Farm from the website initially. I wanted to change the licence plates from UK to Irish so I deleted the UK one and copied the Irish plates from Ballyspring. All seemed to work fine until the map started to update on a constant loop. I deleted it and reinstalled in the same way and the same happened. Another result was the white objects in the background.

I then downloaded the map via the game and it created a zip file in the mid folder. This made the map run perfectly although obviously without the Irish licence plates. If I unzip the file I get the same issues mentioned above. Is there any way I can copy in the Irish plates?
