vehicles/buildings not appearing in the shop

I've been playing on the Edgewater Saskatchewan map since it's launch, but the other day I was trying to load in my save game (with all of the newly downloaded mods) and once loaded all of the vehicles and building were missing from the game. Tried loading it again and the same thing happened (this is also happening in all of the other save games), but when I loaded the save game without the new mods it was fine. So maybe anybody has any idea what to do?

Sounds like one or more of the new mods is causing the issue if you were ok before this and ok with no mods. Are you on pc or console if pc then you could have a look in the game log and see if any errors show up.
