Ok I’m a newb to modding. I’m trying to get a server working for my friends and I’m pulli g out my hair trying to read this log.

This means you haven't downloaded all the required mods. Some mods (mostly maps) require additional mods to work (usually some buildings) and you need to have them downloaded and active to run the save. The easiest way to find the missing ones is by running the save on your PC, then information about what is missing will pop up.
