how to set the launch (command line) options on a Mac?

Post by J HARRIZ »

Does anybody know how to set the launch (command line) options on a Mac? Trying to enable "-cheats" to use the console in game to get rid of salt / snow that hasn't disappeared same issue here - (viewtopic.php?t=183824).

Looking for a direct method not Steam related.

To activate cheats on a mac, show package contents on the fs22 app. Then in contents/resources you'll find two files with identical text "launch.xml" and "FarmingSimulator2022.xml". In both of these files in the command you'll see "-name" which you can replace with "-cheats". You probably only need to change it in the launch.xml, but I haven't tested that.

Activating the command line is the same as on PC

Hope this helps
