What am I doing wrong

When I first DL'd ELk Mountain Wyoming, I didn't have any issues. Things ran smoothly.
I uninstalled the map (for reasons Ican't remember) and recently reinstalled it.
Now, I'm seeing a "landscape mirror", where I have to drive towards bthe spot where the "mirror" begins to open up the terrain.
I'm pretty sure it's a cache issue, I just don't know which one.

Any insights or suggestions?

Remove your shader cache folder. Then reload.
In the beginning it might stutter a bit etc, reason for this is It needs to build back up the shaders. So give it some time. But issue might be fixed with removing the shader cache folder.
