Dedicated Server Game Time Format Question

Looking to setup a new multiplayer dedicated server on seasons that never pauses with a 12 month cycle every 14 days, i.e we want to plant every 14 days (every other Sunday). Anyone got any ideas on what game time format might suit this?
Ideally want at least 12 hours of the Sunday for opportunity to plant.
