Floating items

Hello, I've recently started having issues with floating shrubs that I've placed on leveled ground. The shrubs are following the original elevation prior to leveling. Everything else, ie selling points, and street lamps are fine. Except the fences that were placed right next to the shrines are completely gone. Playing on PC
It's on a dedicated server through Nitrado, multiplayer No Man's Land. I've tried older saves, but they haven't solved the problem. Is there a fix? Tia.
