Map constantly pans up

Hello, i tried different solution about this issue with my map constatly pans up. I don't have any joistick controller or steering wheel plugged, just my keyboard and mouse. I can't get it work properly. Can anyone help me with any suggestion?

This would be a computer issue. Either your mouse keeps drifting or something is pressing the down arrow key.
Try unplugging/turning off the mouse to check if it is a mouse problem.
