Mods on multiplayer not showing up

I sent my mod file to a different pc and downloaded the mods onto that pc and all of the mods show up in the file and the in game downloaded content and in career mode but when I try to play online non of the mods show up and it sometimes says the files have to be zipped to be able to play online
