saving screen stuck premium expansion

Saving screen keeps getting stuck after 20 min in the game, this happened after I installed the Premium Expansion. Don't know if the map [Somewhere In Thuringia III] is ready for the Expansion yet. I haven't installed any mods outside of modhub so in principle the mods shouldn't cause any problems. I'm curious if anyone has this too

Note: I found out when I want too sleep [ Mod Sleep Anywhere ] and he really lacks with the zzz logo. If I want too save the game it's get stuck. It only happens in this savegame, other savegame with the same map would not give me the trouble.
