UNABLE TO MAKE PURCHASES FROM STORE

Hi All,
After a recent 'blue screen' incident I have reinstalled FS22 everything works , BUT, i can't buy anything in the store !
I click BUY and it tells me I have purchased the item ,but doen't show in the game I am playing.
Any help is appriciated
I am 73 and no techno kid, keep it simple please
