Newbie - mods in Bale Stacker offline practice

Sorry if this is an *$#%§* question - is it possible to use mods in the Bale Stacker offline practice mode?

I'm using a mod that turns the Tobii eye tracker on/off with Alt+T key combination - however it doesn't seem to work in the Bale Stacker offline practice mode? Do I need to setup a server with the mod installed?
