I’m not understanding and becoming very dissatisfied that l have paid for a product online and have not seen the email to receive the activation code and continue the installation process. We brought it through the Microsoft online in the toolbar. It was directed to my sons account who l am trying to promote good online skills. His email is hughlc100@outlook.com
I am of the understanding from watching videos and talking with his friends that it shouldn’t take this long, especially as l can pay instantly and that part of the transaction is fast.
Could you please reply with an update and/or cc me into a reply to my son.
