About the "Procedural Placement" in GE.

Hello all! Has anyone figured out what the "Procedural Placement" does and how it works and where it can help with? I've been trying to find posts/videos about it but i can't seem to find any luck. If anyone knows let me know by replying here i really want to know what this new feature does, it seems very interesting. Thanks in advantage .
