Multiplayer Server Some Settings Reset?

Hi all,
I've noticed that if I set some settings like crop destruction to off and, start stop etc etc, save the game, if the Server restarts then these settings are not saved and have to be applied every time, is this intended or is there a config I can change for our MP experience ?
