PaintAnywhere and LumberJack not compatible?

Hi guys,

you know with LumberJack, you can use LEFT ALT to destroy trees or stump (the circle turns red). Works great!

However, if I install PaintAnywhere, I do lose that red circle when pressing ALT, so I am not longer able to destroy trees.

Any of you guys stumbled on this and found a way to fix it?

Alt need to move heavy objects only, the red circle it's automatic.
I have both and they works, make sure you don't have any other mod messing with one of them or both.
