When you buy the sawmill on Zielonka map do you hafta buy the land around it to get trees or is there some you can w/o?

You can buy a piece of land that has trees on, or plant trees on a piece of land you already own.
Been playing WAAAAY to many hours - PC with Logitech G27 and Thrustmaster Simtask Farmstick
