Straw harvest pallet building

When I try to place the pellet pallet building it won't rotate so that I can place it down iv had this happen on different maps.
At the moment I'm playing The Oaks map.

It can probably only point in 4 directions - 0, 90, 180 and 270°
Try to keep on turning, and it should shift direction eventually.
Been playing WAAAAY to many hours - PC with Logitech G27 and Thrustmaster Simtask Farmstick
