Dedicated Server

Hello farmers!
Anyone here having issues with the Dedicated Server set up?
I set up a personal map using Giants Dedicated Server and it worked fine for a while, but for the
Past 3 weeks, I've been getting a "Refuse to Connect" message every time I try to access the server.
Just wondering if Giants shut it down or if it could be in my ports set up, browser config, etc.?
If anyone can help, I would sure appreciate it.
