I put down fencing and I delete it to add to my farm whenever I go over to the deleted fencing it is invisible and doesn't let me drive anything through is there any type of fix or is it I just have to deal with it

Not sure which fence you're using, but i would uninstall it....I've not encountered that issue and use several different fence mods with no issues

I think the easiest fix is to maybe just not put down fencing...
