Can't make navMesh for pigsty

Hello, as the title says, whenever I try to create a navMesh for my pigsty, I get an error that says "No vertices to create navigation mesh" and I get a blank navMesh (I do have navigation mesh view enabled)
I follower many tutorials, forum guides etc. but none of them worked, any help would be appreciated
