Is anyone else having this weird 'vehicle axle swaying around like crazy' issue?

Hello, I recently got a new computer and I reinstalled FS22 on it.

Now I have this weird issue where after playing the game for about 30 mins, the axles from my tractors and some implements (all base game and GIANTS DLC) start freaking out and they keep swaying in and out of the wheels over and over, and it happens when I or a hired helper drives.

I have no idea why this happens, and I never had this happen on my previous PC. Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix this?

Game is up to date, and all mods/DLC I have are also up to date. I have all the DLC installed, and all the mods are from Giants and Creative Mesh themselves (besides precision farming). Also have better contracts and courseplay, although this issue was already happening before I installed both of these. I don't have any mods that would change the physics/behavior of the vehicles.

I also noticed that the labels on some implements were flickering when this started happening. I also have these random stutters as well, it's so weird. Alls stuff on the map is all GIANTS equipment. Specs are definitely not the problem (i9, rtx 4080, etc...).
