That might be a Starfield DLC where you deliver wood to the space center, build a spaceship, then follow loading screen after loading screen until you reach Mars.

The moon does look a bit janky for this day and age. I looked around hoping somone on the webs had replaced the textures, and sharing the file. It's possible on ETS, and ATS

It's not only the moon, the sun is also affected and curiously sometimes they look good, but still most of the time they look pixelated. Also in the weather menu some things are affected as well.
