IP Blacklisted

Does anybody else ever encounter this problem on this forum:

"Your IP 216.24.67.4 has been blocked because it is blacklisted. For details please see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=216.24.67.4."

It only does it sometimes, and when I click the link it says there are no issues with my IP. It only happens when connected to my home wifi, if I connect to my mobile hotspot then it will let me post.

Is this a really recent thing? There's a very small chance a scammer that's been irritating the site may have set their IP address to yours.
I only say this because they've also taken over old profiles, so I wouldn't put it beyond them.

It was doing it a few months ago and then stopped and just recently started again

I honestly don't know what it could be. Maybe ask a moderator?

I have the same Problem when i try to connect via my mobile hotspot. (Telekom)
Connecting via Wlan is no problem

The problem is that ip addresses are used from a pool across an ISP and someone with the same ip address got ip banned for constant re registrations or similar.
