Can't sell land on Somerset map.

I am unable to sell land on the Somerset map because it says there are placable objects on the land that I must sell first. There are no placeable objects on the land. I've looked several times but I'm stuck with the land. Is there something I'm missing here? I'm on PS5.

The problem here is caused by the fences - but not by the elements one can see and remove unfortunately.

On this map, the main node for all included placeables fences is positioned at 100 / -101 / 0.
That means, it is located within the boundaries of farmLand #8.
So, despite of none of the fence elements are actually on the farmLand, the placeable itself is recognized to be there.

If you play on PC, you could simply change the position to outside any farmLand.
