IMPOSSIBLE to play online???

Does anyone have the same problem as me?
When I try to play multiplayer, both "Join" and "Create Game" make me wait about a minute just to prompt a window that says "Unable to establish a connection to the server" (or something like that, I play in Italian).

I'm on Win11 x64 (Steam version, and cable connection) and I've already tried:
- Changing DNS in control panel
- Updating network drivers
- Resetting network from Windows settings
- Synchronizing region, date and time
- Running /ipconfig release, /ip config renew, /ipconfig flushdns on cmd as admin
- Running the game as admin
- Turning of both pc and router for few minutes
- Connecting through Wi-Fi
- Checking permissions on firewall
- Disabling antivirus and firewall

None of those worked for me and everything happend after 1.3.0 release

Did anyone have the same problem and solved? If so, how did you do it?

I've tried with another pc in my network, but still can't play online. However, trying in a different location (house of a friend) I was able to play fine. This makes me wonder if it's something related to my ip address...
Anyway, I'm still not able to play at my house
