Map Mods Redownloading

Trying to download a map from the mod menu. It gets to 100% and then starts redownloading. This has been an issue on the xbox since 2022 that I know of and Ive tried extensively searching for an answer to no avail. I have reinstalled the game. Turned the xbox off at the wall overnight uninstalled all other mods and still nothing works.
