Admin logging problem

Hello farmers,
I have a problem logging in as administrator on my dedicated server. After entering a good password, no message pops up about a bad or good password, but nothing changes and I am still without administrator function. There has been a change of password, restart of server and game. No results. Thanks in advance for your help.
