That is impossible to answer without any more info. At least include a screenshot of your finances, but still that would not tell anyone why your numbers are negative as no one but you knows what happened during your contracts. Maybe some of them were cancelled while resources were not delivered etc. There can be so many factors that only you know, and if you don't know about them, how should others?

I did cultivating contracts so no issue of deliveries.

If I knew what the problem was I wouldn't be asking, it worked fine before the update yesterday but now I'm paying to farm other people's fields rather than them paying me.

More info is still needed, as the useless answer suggested - maybe something as troublesome as a log file. Then there is without a doubt some clever people in here, that can help your investigation.
