ps5 error code

myself and my son get error while loading the game plays fine my wife also has the game on ps5 all on the internet and router my wife gets no errors at all. we get NP-103956-4 then we press X and play the game fine i know its not a big problem as i say we can play fine but its just annoying we have been through the settings on ps5s and looked at router settings reset out ps5s and reset router and log in and out etc and help please would be great
