Controller issues

I don't know if I am asking in the right place. I am having an issue with my controller. The game is reading 2 controllers and when I go in game the camera spins in circles and points straight up. It just randomly started doing this. I have never had any other issues with it before.
If i erase the inputs for one of the 2 controllers it still does this. Has anyone else had this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that didn't fix it either. I have also tried different controllers.
