Does Giants even read these?

I have submitted many issues over the last few months and there's never any response from Giants. Do they even care? I try to write up thorough feedback with details and I just looked at my submissions only to find that none of them have even been opened!

Guessing you are referring to posting on the forum. That is not the correct way to report bugs and is not monitored afaik. You need to create a bug report below. You will need to create an account as forum login details are not active there.

Usually, you won't here much feedback until the next patch release though, unless we need some additional information to fix the issue.

I have two bug reports that havent been acknowledged from November, nor were they fixed in the last patches....

I love that fact that you can report bugs and it seems very detailed but not knowing if anyone has looked or is fixing the issue by a change in status in the ticket is quiet disheartening and makes the player not want to sent the next bug in as they think why bother. I feel they are looking at these but no showing a status change to the ticket is a big downer, feedback from the devs in this form of status changing to the ticket would result in better attitude to the company.

If you guys do look at bug reports then how come my status is still standing on NEW from issues I reported months ago ?
