I have an issue with AI's failing to recognize work being done or has been done by other AI's. (example: An 80 acre field, and you don't want to leave one AI to take forever on this field, so you hire 2 AI's but the 2nd one wants to get in the way of the 1st AI's path. I've tried putting them at different ends of the field in order to keep them out of each others way, but that doesn't stop it from happening, because as I stated the 2nd one always wants to get right in the path of the first one, and moves over to that side of the field.) I have done everything to keep 2 AI's from getting each others way, and it makes it much harder to do other things, when you have to babysit the AI's. On top of this issue I continue to get AI's that want to go over the work that has already been done.
-- Plus I'm in a map (Alma Missouri) were the AI's refuse to deal with a section of one field (field 19), they won't plow it or lay lime on it except around the edges, but will plant the field correctly. Although the author of the map (celobuki) has not updated the map since September of 2025, and I'm not sure he will at this point. With the many updates from Giant Software to date, I would think the author would want to take care of their maps.
-- Is there a mod out there that will correct these issues?
-- Is there something else I can do to keep the AI's from interfering with each other?
-- How do you get around these issues, because it makes it impossible to relax while playing a game that has these little issues.
Can the AI's be any dumber?

Re: Can the AI's be any dumber?
Two AI"s can be on the same field together, but they don't seem to work together. In my opinion they should be able to work together and recognize each other working the field. The problem is that the games AI's may not programed to do just that, instead they are only programed to believe that they are the only one on the field. So maybe there is a programmer that can fix this issue, because I for one love the map I'm using but some of the fields are to big for just one AI working it when it comes to plowing fields.

A programmer fixing it would require a script mod which is prohibited on console. If youre on Pc there are better AI mods out there like courseplay and autodrive
Playing on PC and PS4
