What do these horseshoes do?

I tested this with editing the savegame to get 100 horseshoes but i cant find anything in game that has changed because of this.

With 100 bottles in 2011 you get 85% refund of buying price when you sell them.

But the prices stayed the same.

So what changed? thats the question.

Hey that is a good question, I don't know either. Another question I have along with that is what about an acheivment reward. 2011 you got that crappy little tractor, nothing in this one. I to cheated.

i cheated all 16 achievements and you don't get anything

About the horseshoes i cheated 99 and picked up the last one and it said this

"Well, you dont feel particulary luckier now to be honest. Maybe the reward for your throubles will come some time later..."

This is literly what it said.

I have no idee what it is i have to wait i gues? meteorite who nows maybe its caring a "Schluter Profi Gigant" that would be nice, but i will have to wait.

where did you even get them? im playing legit, on normal, ive gotten a couple achievments, and am doing ok but ive yet to get a horseshoe for anyhting.

they are an item that is hidden throughout the map. there are 100 of them somewhere. you have to find them and usually you get some type of reward for collecting so many of them, we just haven't figured out what that reward is in 2013. Ive only found 2.

You don't get the award if you directly change some xml value to 100. It has to be less than 100, so when the last one is found, the event that rewards you to be fired.

I waited a long time and nothing.

So Developers what do you get for 100 horseshoes?

I think this was something that I didn't have time to get to. So we will have to wait for a patch for them to add it. That is just my thought not a quote or anything like that

In 2011 you got a discount when buying stuff..

I am sure they will add the feature later (Or maybe it is allready added, but hidden)

OR the game might just check where all the horseshoes are, to determine if you actually picked them all up.... maybe it determined you cheated and gave you that message? lol just guessing here but you never know. it would be feasable and simple for it to check or have more data locations than just how many you have on the xml, it could be keeping track in multiple places, and you get that message if one comes up 100 and the other(s) come up less than 100. again just guessing here, who knows really! maybe its just not there yet.

I have a dozen or two of these and so far, I've had one field that went on auction if I wanted to bid on it, 20% off all equipment by a certain brand that I can't spell and a 2 Great Demands at once so maybe the horseshoes decrease the time for at least one of these things so that they happen more often, or you get a bigger discount in the store when something goes on sale.

I was wondering myself about that but reading what you said about the events,
I think thats it becouse i only found 1 inside the chicken pen and have been playing
for a verry long game and have lots of fields equipment etc and i still havent gotten
1 sale or auction or whatever.

Definatly something to look into since iw as afraid my game was bugged
