My exam IS THIS :
I Chauffeur WITH HURLIMANN XL 130 (SPEED : 50 MPH) FROM NORTH OF FILED TO SOUTH ;ABOUT 31 SECOND.
AND CHAUFFEUR FROM WEST TO EAST ; ABOUT 17 SECOND.
PLEASE LOOK AT THIS CALCULATE :
50 MPH = 80467 METERS/h
80467 / 3600 = 22.35 METERS/S
31 S * 22.35 =693 M (NORTH TO SOUTH )
17 S * 22.35 =380 M (WEST TO EAST)
693 * 380 =263340 M*2
263340 / 10000 =26.3340 HECTARS
NOW , WHICH IS CORRECT?( 26.3340 OR 10.47)
OR WHICH IS WRONG ?(SPEED OF TRACTOR OR AREA)

Well, the speed you drive is km/h. For english version only named mph.

honestly. dont try to do any math based on the game right now because there are bugs taht seem to mess up the scaling of everything... for instance I have never seen a quad bike THAT BIG in my life

I don't know where you got that speed. There isn't a tractor in the game that will do 50 MPH. The best I can get with the Hurlimann is 31 - 32 MPH on level terrain with no load.

I agree with Nina. Don't get hung up on the math. This is a simulation. It's not intended to be exact in all respects. I'm pretty sure that in the real world you can't plant a crop, grow it to maturity and harvest it the next day.

When I calculate the area of field #1, I get 10.27 ha. I calculated this from the coordinates of the corners of the field (you can see the coords in the pda map; these are in units of meters).

For anyone trying to determine field sizes, the mod Field Info might be of use.

thats strange. when I used a semi truck mod, the speedometer was totaly filled at 60. dont know how you got it to show half full and be at 50

The speeds are correctly converted with the Patch 1.3, do you have that installed?

The field size really is apprx. 10.47ha. You can calculate this by taking the full size of the surrounding rectangle and subtracting the two smaller rectangles that are missing.

The full rectangle is ~256*430 meters and the two smaller rectangles are ~32*127 and ~32*80. So the full area is 110080 - 4096 - 2560 = 103424m2 = 10.34ha.

I have the patch installed but i can not rise that speed. Am I loosing something?
