GAME KEEPS FREEZING

Hi my game freezes every 5 min can someone tell me how to fix this

OP, are you sure your computer meets the hardware minimum specs to run the game? SP13 is a demanding mistress even if it doesn't look like that at first glance...

Fs itself isn't that demanding. It are the many, very inperformant mods that are so demanding.
